You think that I went on a culinary tour in China. Here's one more. Our dinner consisted of spicy local fish dish (top), a spicy, peppery soup consisting of pork, tofu and snake...yes, snake, and shrimp. One dish which was a really tender teriyaki-like beef dish was served but I'm not convinced it was beef.
